Two separate things. First, the Aikram subscription above — that is the platform itself, and it is fixed. Second, the per-conversation charge set by the messaging platform, which depends on the message category and the country you are messaging. We pass that through and show you the live rate card, so you always know your true cost before a campaign goes out.
No hidden setup fee on the plans above. Number registration, business verification assistance and template approval are included. If you want us to build your complete automation flows for you, that is a separate one-time service — we will quote it clearly before starting.
Yes. You can upgrade at any time and the difference is adjusted. Downgrades and cancellations apply from the next billing cycle. There is no lock-in contract on monthly plans.
Yes, and it is cheaper. Annual plans carry a discount over the monthly rate. Ask us during your demo and we will show you the exact annual figure for the plan you need.
