The problem we are solving
Millions of businesses run on chat. Almost none of them run on a system.
Walk into any market in any Indian city and you will find the same thing: the entire business is running on a phone. Orders arrive as messages. Prices are negotiated in chat. Appointments are noted on a scrap of paper. Payments come through a UPI screenshot. Follow-ups happen when somebody happens to remember.
It works — until it grows. Then the messages pile up faster than anyone can answer. Enquiries that arrived at midnight are gone by morning. The same question gets answered forty times a day. Nobody knows which advertisement actually brought in a paying customer.
The tools that solve this exist, but they were built for companies with a technology team, a monthly software budget, and somebody whose full-time job is to make five different tools talk to each other. The clinic with two doctors, the boutique with one owner, the coaching class with forty students — they get nothing. They are told to "just hire more staff".
That gap is the problem we exist to close. Not a better chatbot. Not a cheaper broadcast tool. A single system where the enquiry, the answer, the booking, the ticket, the payment and the follow-up all belong to one unbroken sequence — affordable enough for a business with three employees, and capable enough for one with three hundred.
What the name means
ai + क्रम
क्रम (kram) is Sanskrit for order, sequence, the right step at the right time. It is the root of everyday words like kramaank (serial number) and anukram (index).
Put AI in front of it and you have the whole idea in six letters: intelligence that keeps every step of your business in its correct order, automatically.

Aikram is the vision of M. A. Saifi, founder of ClickZain Digital Solutions. It came from watching the same thing happen again and again while working with small and mid-sized businesses: good products, honest owners, genuine demand — and enquiries quietly dying in an unattended inbox.
The conclusion was not that these businesses needed to work harder. They were already working harder than anyone. What they needed was a system that kept working when they stopped — one that answered at midnight, remembered every follow-up, issued the ticket, chased the payment, and never got tired or distracted or forgetful.
The second conviction was about access. Enterprise-grade automation has existed for years, priced for enterprises. The vision behind Aikram is to compress that entire capability — AI agents, voice calling, ticketing, bookings, commerce, payments — into something a business can switch on this week, at a price it can pay this month, without hiring a single developer.
The long-term goal is simple to state and hard to build: that any business in India, of any size, can run its entire customer journey — first message to final payment to the message that brings them back — on one platform, in its own language, without ever writing a line of code.
