Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy forms part of our Terms of Service. It exists for a practical reason as much as a legal one: misuse gets numbers banned, and a banned number can stop a business overnight. Following these rules protects you as much as it protects us.

1. Consent is not optional

You may only message people who have given you clear, verifiable permission to contact them on that channel. This means:

• Opt-in must be explicit — a person giving you their number for one purpose has not agreed to marketing.
• You must keep a record of when, where and how consent was obtained, and produce it if asked.
• Purchased, scraped, rented or third-party contact lists are strictly prohibited.
• Every promotional message must offer a clear way to opt out, and opt-outs must be honoured immediately and permanently.

2. Prohibited content

You must not use Aikram to send, host or promote:

• Illegal goods or services, including narcotics, weapons and counterfeit products.
• Sexually explicit material, or any content that sexualises or endangers minors.
• Content that harasses, threatens, defames or incites violence or hatred against any person or group.
• Financial scams, Ponzi and pyramid schemes, fake investment or loan offers, and get-rich-quick claims.
• Phishing, credential harvesting, impersonation of another business or of a government body.
• Malware, spyware, or links to harmful software.
• Misleading medical or health claims, and unlicensed pharmaceutical sales.
• Gambling or betting services where prohibited by local law.
• Content infringing anyone else's copyright, trademark or other rights.
• Deliberate misinformation, including fabricated news or manipulated media presented as real.

3. Prohibited conduct

• Sending unsolicited bulk messages of any kind.
• Circumventing opt-outs, rate limits, quality ratings or platform restrictions.
• Rotating numbers, or creating multiple accounts, to evade a restriction or ban.
• Attempting to breach, probe or overload our infrastructure.
• Reverse engineering, copying or reselling the platform without a written agreement.
• Sharing account credentials with unauthorised third parties.
• Using the AI or voice features to impersonate a real person without disclosure, or to deceive.
• Automating conversations in a way designed to mislead someone into believing they are speaking to a human when they ask directly.

4. Message quality standards

Beyond the rules, these practices keep your account healthy:

• Identify your business clearly in the first message of any conversation.
• Keep frequency reasonable — daily promotional messages exhaust goodwill quickly.
• Make messages relevant to why the person opted in.
• Respond to replies. Broadcasting without listening damages your quality rating.
• Respect timing. Avoid promotional messages late at night.
• Keep templates accurate — a template approved for one purpose must not be repurposed for another.

5. Enforcement

Where we identify a violation, our response is proportionate to its severity:

Severity	Our response
Minor or first-time issue	Warning with guidance on how to correct it
Repeated issue	Temporary restriction of the affected feature
Serious violation	Immediate suspension pending investigation
Illegal activity or harm to others	Immediate termination and, where required, report to authorities

Termination for breach of this policy does not entitle you to a refund.

6. Reporting misuse

If you believe an Aikram account is being used in breach of this policy, tell us at clickzaindigitalsolutions@gmail.com with as much detail as you can — the number involved, screenshots and timestamps. We investigate every report.
